Goldcrest Landscapes provides residential and/or commercial landscaping services including, but not limited to, lawn care, garden maintenance, planting, and seasonal cleanup in British Columbia.

3. Quotes and Bookings

Any quote provided through our website, by phone, or by email is an estimate only and is not a binding contract. A formal written agreement or invoice will be provided before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due upon completion of services for one-time jobs

• For ongoing services, invoices are issued on the agreed billing schedule

• Overdue accounts may be subject to a late payment fee of 2% per month (24% per annum)

• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
